These gloves are the “grunts” of the bottom cleaning business.  Low tactile feel and a little cumbersome, but serious, low tech protection from scrapes and cuts from barnacles, shells and tube worms.  The lower tactical feel is offset by the heavy cotton base layer so a big propeller can be turned by hand with a level of comfort.  In fact some divers use these gloves for Spiny Lobster season here in the Southeast.  They are also chemical resistant so they make a great glove for battery service on larger vessels.  One size fits most large hands.
